You can manage all orders for your website in the Orders Module under the eCommerce dropdown.
If the CobaltConnect system is not connecting your eCommerce product's information it could be an indicator that there is an issue with that product's UPC creating a disconnect. However, you can manually add photographs and any other product information if you are unable to find the correct match using the search bar.
To remove a product from the site simply select the product and click the online toggle again, then update. This will automatically remove the product from the site.
You will be notified with an email and/or text notification to the email address or phone number you provided upon setup.
Online products do not have to be listed at the same price as in-store products. Changes to your online products can be made at any time in the eCommerce Inventory Module.
